TOUJEO® and LANTUS® are not interchangeable. The switch from one insulin to another requires medical prescription, medical supervision and blood glucose monitoring.

TOUJEO® is a long-acting insulin used to control high blood sugar in patients 6 years of age and older.
LANTUS® is a long-acting insulin used to control high blood sugar in patients 6 years of age and older.
